Indy West Christian School is seeking a joyful, dedicated, mature Christian individual to join our Daycare Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing young hearts and minds in a Christ-centered environment and is committed to fostering spiritual, academic, and emotional growth in children.
Professional Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education or children's ministry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Spiritual and Personal Qualifications:
  • A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Agreement with and active support of the school's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement
  • Serves as a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and conduct
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Active attendance in an evangelical church
  • A heart for children and a calling to Christian education
