Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient's physical condition and functional abilities, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Guide and teach patients and their families on proper techniques for exercise and mobility to enhance recovery and restore independence.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, noting changes in condition and treatment effectiveness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and efficient treatment plans for all patients.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control policies to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
  • Conduct educational sessions for patients and families regarding injury prevention and home exercise programs to foster long-term wellness and self-care practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will engage you with a diverse patient population, including post-surgical patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
