Key Responsibilities
  • Administer direct patient care as prescribed by the referring physician or other authorized health practitioners, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations using established protocols to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive therapy programs outlining specific goals and expected outcomes, with a focus on facilitating optimal recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy interventions based on ongoing observations and patient feedback.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives such as chart reviews and collaborative planning sessions to enhance the overall effectiveness of the therapy provided.
  • Participate in family meetings and discussions related to patient care, fostering relationships with patients’ families to promote understanding and compliance with therapeutic goals.
  • Adhere to established emergency procedures to safeguard patient well-being during treatment sessions, demonstrating responsiveness and clinical judgment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications
  • A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
