We are seeking a Special Education Case Manager. This vital role supports our special education, gifted, and preschool departments by managing student records, ensuring strict state and federal compliance (including IEPs and ETRs), and serving as a key liaison for our families, staff, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Compliance & Reporting: Tracking IEP/ETR timelines and running monthly verification reports.
  • Records Management: Maintaining electronic and physical student files for transfers, enrollments, and graduates.
  • Program Support: Assisting with preschool applications, gifted education data entry, and meeting coordination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling purchasing requisitions, managing office files, and providing general department support.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required (Associate degree preferred), along with strong organizational skills, proficiency in database/spreadsheet management, and a solid understanding of confidentiality and special education regulations. Experience in educational administration or records management is highly preferred.
