Position Summary
The Senior National Account Manager, Lowe's is a customer leader that is equally effective externally and internally utilizing strategic & tactical skills. The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for effectively delivering in each of these key core areas:
  • Develop an Annual Business Plan for Lowe's (batteries, lights, auto) that delivers against the broader North America Business Plan
  • Meeting or Exceeding Annual Business Plan Financial Objectives (Net Sales, Gross Margin $ and Gross Margin Rate)
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders (finance, voice of customer, supply, operations, customer service, etc.) to achieves Financial Objectives
  • Continually leveraging analytics and focusing on key metrics to make better decisions (speed & accuracy)
  • Translating Energizer's value proposition into customer benefits across all three business segments
  • Building the right relationships within Lowe's and enrolling the right individuals as key customer stakeholders

Responsibilities
Operate with Excellence
  • Deliver Financial Results (Net Sales, Gross Margin $ and Rate) across all Energizer Holdings business categories (Batteries, Auto Care, & Lights) consistently
  • Execute critical EHI initiatives including trade and price architecture, pricing actions, and more
  • Customer Strategy - understand EHI equities and "benefit sell" to Lowe's
  • Provide consistently accurate Lowe's forecasts to VP Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Effectively offset incremental investments into the business
  • Build relationships cross-functionally throughout the organization so roadblocks can be removed
  • Negotiate a broad spectrum of customer agreements, including strategic pricing and assortment, mix management, merchandising, promotions, and trade spend
  • Facilitate meetings with key customer decision makers and functional leadership, including leading line reviews and top-to-top meetings

  • Highly dynamic, analytical, and high level of emotional intelligence

Regularly engage with team members, lead weekly meetings, ensuring all stakeholders and support-functions are informed and are helping to move the business forward

  • Work effectively with cross-functional resources (Digital Economy, Shopper Activation, Trade Marketing, PRM, VOC, Retail Operations, Area Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to maximize net sales revenue & cost savings

  • 4-year bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience (including account management experience)

The salary range for this position is USD $128,000.00/Yr. - USD $213,000.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
