Spectrum Brands is a leading supplier of consumer products for the home, lawn and garden, insect, and weed control markets. Our Retail Sales team facilitates this by servicing, merchandising, and promoting sales of products, as well as building customer loyalty by listening, answering questions, and assisting them in selecting products based on their needs.
Job Summary
As a Seasonal Merchandiser, your biggest priority is completing store visits. Upon arriving at each of your designated stores, you will:
  • Check in with a department leader or store associate
  • Walk through the store to assess inventory levels and request backstock
  • Fill displays and stock shelves
  • Assist customers when needed
  • Complete other projects as instructed
  • Clean up the work area
  • Check out with a department leader or store associate

Education and Experience Profile
While our training will set you up for success, there are a few skills/experience you should already have:
  • High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience.
  • Motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed.
