Cable Technician
Great immediate full time career opportunity for experienced field service cable technicians in the Northern Neck of Virginia.
This position is responsible for the installation, disconnection, and changes to broadband analog and digital cable, high speed data, digital telephony services and the installation of home networking solutions wired and wireless.
1-2 years experience in Installation, provisioning and repairing telecommunication equipment
โ€ข 1 year experience of Ethernet and TDM networks
โ€ข Valid state driver's license applicable to state law
โ€ข Good written and oral communication skills
โ€ข Ability to persuade and use problem solving/conflict resolution skills
โ€ข Ability to operate all tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
โ€ข Ability to lift 75 lbs
โ€ข Ability to use wide variety of hand and power tools
โ€ข Climb ladders up to 28 feet in height
โ€ข Wear a variety of personal protective equipment, including, but not limited to safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hard hats and safety vests for up to the full workday
