Cable Assembler - Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Fraser, Michigan

Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: $19.50/hr

Overtime Available When Needed:

  • Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on customer specifications and work instructions
  • Install connectors, hardware, labels, sleeving, heat shrink, and spot ties
  • Perform hand testing and quality checks on completed products
  • Use hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, cutters, and heat guns
  • Operate presses, wire stripping, and termination equipment
  • Cut sleeves and tubing to customer specifications
  • Identify parts and labels using part numbers and production instructions
  • Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist with additional production duties as needed
