Job Summary:

True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building is looking to add a People Experience Manager to its growing headquarters team. Founded in 2014, True Spec Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale and now has over 40 locations worldwide.

TSG is seeking an energetic, people-first People Experience Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Scottsdale headquarters. This role blends executive support, front-of-house hospitality, and full ownership of HQ culture and community programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a natural relationship-builder, and takes genuine pride in making the workplace a place people love to come to every day. This position reports directly to the SVP/GM.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Front Desk & Customer Experience โ€” Serve as the face of HQ, greeting customers, managing club pickups, and ensuring every in-person interaction reflects the True Spec standard of excellence
  • Meeting Support โ€” Attend key meetings to capture notes, track action items, and ensure commitments don't fall through the cracks
  • Communications โ€” Draft and distribute HQ-wide communications; serve as a liaison between field teams and HQ to ensure alignment and information flow
  • Calendar & Scheduling โ€” Manage executive calendars, including scheduling requests, OOTO coverage, and prioritization of time
  • Expense Reporting โ€” Track receipts, submit expense reports, and reconcile corporate card spending on a regular cadence
  • Travel Coordination โ€” Book and manage travel for executives and Fitters, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and full itinerary management
  • Event & Food Coordination โ€” Source and coordinate food for HQ events, including vendor relationships and logistics
  • Gatekeeper โ€” Protect executive time and attention by managing inbound requests, screening access, and ensuring the right things get prioritized
  • Relationship Management โ€” Maintain awareness of key contacts, send timely follow-ups, and steward goodwill on the executive's behalf
  • Community & Culture โ€” Own the HQ culture and community function with full budget ownership: Recognition & Appreciation (tenure gifts, handwritten thank-you cards, spot recognition, employee spotlights); Social & Team Building (happy hours, golf tournaments, hikes, catered lunches); Wellness & Wellbeing (food programs, volunteer initiatives); Belonging & Culture (inclusion-focused programming); Fun & Engagement (simulator time, cornhole, raffles, dรฉcor, giveaways)
  • Onboarding โ€” Conduct new hire meet and greets, orientation presentations and post onboarding interviews
  • Equipment & Office Coordination โ€” Order supplies, coordinate with IT/Amazon on new hire equipment, and manage conference room setups
  • Ad Hoc Research & Support โ€” Handle day-to-day research, option comparisons, and one-off tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, office management, HR or a people-facing operations role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine passion for creating great experiences for the people around you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills โ€” you write clearly, concisely, and professionally
  • High emotional intelligence; able to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Must be onsite at Scottsdale, AZ headquarters
  • An interest in or curiosity about the game of golf and golf equipment is a strong plus
