Play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. PRC-Saltillo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in hands-on work and keeping systems, equipment, and spaces operating at their best.

In this role, you’ll support facility operations across the entire property, from routine system checks and minor repairs to assisting with machine shop equipment and special projects. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine building system checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities
  • Complete minor repairs across facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeep
  • Assist with maintenance and operation of machine shop equipment, including setup and preventative maintenance
  • Help design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixtures
  • Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications (fire systems, sprinkler systems, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory of facility and maintenance supplies such as filters, light bulbs, and janitorial materials


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
    Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance procedures
  • Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
    Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
