SOF-Aligned Medical Expert (Independent Consultant)

Endurion is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM.

Location: Episodic educational events delivered worldwide, including CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM


Endurion is seeking a medical Subject Matter Expert consultant with combat experience to serve as a senior advisor and instructor. The ideal candidate is either a former 18 Delta Special Forces Medical Sergeant or a physician or medical officer with a Special Operations Forces background. This role focuses on delivering episodic SOF medical planning and combat casualty care courses globally.


Key Responsibilities: Deliver episodic SOF medical planning and combat casualty care courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. Integrate medical planning into ground operations in support of special operations. Provide expertise on treating combat casualties near current theaters of operation. Mentor participants using hands-on experience as a combat medic or medical officer. Advise partner forces on tactical combat casualty care and operational medical support.


Required Qualifications: Combat experience treating casualties near current theaters of operation. Either a former 18 Delta Special Forces Medical Sergeant or a physician or medical officer with SOF background. Staff-level experience coordinating and integrating medical planning into ground operations.


Desired Qualifications: Prior experience teaching Special Forces medical courses to partner forces overseas. Combat deployment experience in support of special operations missions. Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI or ability to obtain.
