Bocatti Experience is a hospitality and events company specializing in curated dining experiences, catering services, and private events. We support weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and special gatherings. We are currently seeking reliable and professional Event Assistant to support our events in Miami, FL.


Position Overview

The Event Assistant member supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role involves assisting guests, maintaining event spaces, and working closely with the service and coordination teams to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.


Responsibilities
  • Support food and beverage service as directed
  • Greet guests and provide courteous assistance during events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout service
  • Refill supplies and assist service staff as needed
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
