- 3+ years of professional experience performing Model Based Systems Engineering.
- Demonstrated familiarity with MBSE principles and application of SysML or UML in professional settings.
- Experience with cross-platform collaborative MBSE/digital environments to design, track, visualize, and analyze system models.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense Architecture Framework / Unified Architecture Framework (DoDAF/UAF).
- Strong communication skills to support model reviews, requirements traceability discussions, and stakeholder alignment.
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or clearable to that level) required due to support for classified programs and facilities.
- Practical experience using MBSE tools in collaborative digital engineering environments (e.g., Cameo/MagicDraw, Sparx EA, Rhapsody, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SysML/UML and their application to requirement decomposition, interface definition, and architecture analysis.
- Familiarity with DoDAF/UAF viewpoints and model products for defense-oriented architecture development.
- Experience coordinating with systems, software, test, cybersecurity, and logistics stakeholders to maintain model fidelity across development phases.
- Ability to produce model-based analyses and concise technical outputs for engineering and leadership review.
