About the Role:
Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Caregiver to join our team in Grayson, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need personalized, culturally sensitive care. Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and adherence to dietary needs or restrictions
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light physical activity or exercises
  • Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual communication required)
  • Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
