Job description

Overview

Responsible for managing administration of the facility center operations.  This includes providing telephone and guest direction, administrative support, marketing/social media, technology support and space planning.  


Responsibilities
  • Uphold Success Center culture by warmly welcoming all visitors and residents to the Resident Success Center. Ensure visitors and residents sign-in upon entering the Center and are directed to the appropriate Success Center team member.
  • Manage reception area, ensuring effective handling and routing of telephone calls, messages, and general email inquiries to the appropriate Success Center team members.
  • Maintain the Success Center calendar and oversee scheduling of regular programs and events.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the Success Center, including all resource rooms and reception areas. This includes light clean up, monitoring and reordering supplies, room set up/take down, and ensuring technology/amenities are functioning.
  • Assist residents with the computer hub and resource room use, providing general support to their questions.
  • Coordinate and develop Success Center programing marketing and advertising such as flyers, mass electronic resident communication, social media posts, and community board announcements.
  • Perform routine resident data entry and correspondence to residents, donors, and partners.        
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks including accept and deliver donations and packages; monitor and manage resource room reservations, opening mail, copying, sorting, filing, and retrieving data as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Must be able to work in a diverse environment and with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 software and general computer, technology skills.  
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
  • Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
