Job description

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant to support daily operations, customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and administrative tasks for a growing commercial cleaning and facility management company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in both English and Spanish
  • Provide customer service, updates, and follow‐ups
  • Assist with scheduling cleaning crews and coordinating daily routes
  • Organize and maintain folders, documents, and digital files
  • Maintain customer records, contracts, and service documentation
  • Support onboarding of new employees (forms, IDs, orientation scheduling)
  • Track supplies, equipment needs, and office inventory
  • Assist management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Translate documents and communications as needed
