Job Description Bilingual Front Office Administrator Location: Onsite - Grand Rapids Job Summary: The Bilingual Front Office Administrator (Spanish/English) plays a vital role on the WSI team, serving as the first point of contact for associates, clients, and guests. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively support our diverse workforce. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all associates, clients, and guests via phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish. Assist associates with onboarding documents, including tax forms and insurance enrollment.

Translate and communicate information clearly between English- and Spanish-speaking associates as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the applicant tracking system. Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and taking messages as needed.

Communicate consistently with the staffing team via email to provide support. Conduct phone screenings with potential candidates in both English and Spanish. Generate and manage various reports as directed by management.

Oversee general office organization, cleanliness, and inventory management, including kitchen and restroom upkeep. Represent WSI at community events, including job fairs. Assist the manager with special projects as needed.
