Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Join a global project for a prestige automotive brand. This is a 100% remote role based in Spain, offering a stable Monday-Friday schedule and a competitive benefits package.

The Essentials

Location: Remote (Spain)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)

Salary: €21,376 gross/year + up to €3,000 bonus

Your Role

Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve inquiries regarding vehicle features, maintenance, and brand services.

Maintain a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need

Fluency in Dutch (Native/C1) and a good level of English.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Reliable internet connection for remote work within Spain.

Valid NIE and Spanish Social Security number.
