Monroe Med Spa we work hard to create a unique and elevated experience that is all about a client's confidence. We thrive on educating our clients and providing customized treatment plans. Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services that span injectables, and skin and body treatments. We are currently searching for a Front Desk Associate for our Rochester, NY location.
In this position, you will support the company's mission and contribute to a positive work environment. You must be organized, able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and have strong customer service skills.
As a valued member of our team, we look forward to working with you.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing exceptional customer care
  • Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
  • Booking/re-booking appointments
  • Checking clients in/out
  • Answering emails and other correspondence
  • Assisting in product sales and lead generation
  • Attending local events in an effort to share more about Artistry of Face with the community
  • Establishing a relationship with local businesses to help expand our client base

Schedule:
  • Full time but may change depending on business needs.

Requirements
  • 2 Years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (ie: Medspa, salon with spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
