Jiva SalonSpa, a busy downtown Cedar Falls Aveda salon & spa, is looking for a passionate and energetic Guest Coordinator to join our team! This position is an important part of our business as our Guest Coordinator provides our guests with their first and last impression of our salon! If you are passionate about providing an excellent guest experience, this may be the right position for you!


In addition to providing an excellent guest experience, our Guest Coordinator is also responsible for providing guidance and assistance with services and retail products. We are looking for someone who has an awareness of the importance of intention in their work on a daily basis. A commitment to focus on the guest's services, in a professional manner while instilling high ethics and confidentiality is our priority.


Job Responsibilities

Providing all guests with an excellent guest experience

  • Scheduling guest salon and spa services while implementing proper procedures
  • Educating guests on services and products
  • Maximize books for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
  • Closing sales and encourage guests to pre-book future services
  • Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Salon Manager when necessary
  • Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
  • Interacts with other team members and management, involving the utmost in professionalism and teamwork
