Job description

Position: Holistic Head Spa Specialist
FLSA Status: Part - Time Non-Exempt
Reports To: Holistic Health Operations Manager
POSITION Description: Responsible for providing clients Wellness Services at Holistic Health. Responsible for the coordination of head spa supplies and help with the overall upkeep of the Holistic Health Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform customized head spa treatments including scalp massage, cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration as scheduled by the Wellness department
  • Assess clients’ scalp and hair conditions to recommend appropriate services and products
  • Assist clients in understanding the services provided by Holistic Health
  • Help with the cleaning of the Holistic Health Center
  • Help with the payments of Holistic Health Services
  • Responsible for ordering all head spa supplies and products for Holistic Health
  • Clean and organize rooms between clients; Including sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
  • Maintain a serene and hygienic treatment environment
  • Provide Front Desk Support as needed
  • Educate clients on scalp care routines and product usage as well as answer client question
  • Accurately collect and document money transactions
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
  • Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure that all Wellness tasks are being completed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
