Spa Coordinator 

Kalologie is redefining how aesthetic and wellness services are delivered, integrated inside premium host brands including Club Studio and MGM Resorts. Our locations are built into high-traffic, high-income environments, creating consistent client flow.

We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and deliver a seamless, elevated client experience within a structured, fast-paced environment.

Deliver a high-quality, welcoming client experience from arrival through checkout

Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and client communications across phone, text, and digital platforms
