Trendsetting hairdressers. Mindful spa therapists, as a Front Desk and Spa Coordinators at Gould's Salon & Spa's, you'll work with some seriously creative people, and their clients think so too. Just like their service provider, you'll connect with each client, striving to make the entirety of their visit spectacular in every way. With opportunities and room for career growth to those who provide a truly charmed client experience, all of our locations are the perfect place for individuals who love providing excellent service to anyone who crosses their path.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services
  • Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process
  • Graciously thank them for their visit
