What you'll be doing
What you'll be doing
  • Provide professional manicure, pedicure, nail care, and hand/foot treatment services according to spa and hospitality standards.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by creating relaxing, personalized, and memorable spa experiences for guests and visitors.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of spa services, nail care trends, products, treatments, and wellness offerings.

  • Consult with guests regarding nail care preferences, service recommendations, and wellness-focused treatment experiences.

  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards across treatment rooms, nail stations, tools, equipment, and spa areas.

  • Follow sanitation procedures, licensing requirements, safety standards, and spa operational policies at all times.

  • Support retail sales initiatives by recommending spa and wellness products that enhance the guest experience.

  • Maintain accurate appointment schedules, treatment records, guest preferences, and operational documentation as required.

  • Coordinate closely with Spa Reception, Spa Attendants, Therapists, and hotel leadership teams to support seamless guest experiences.

  • Assist with spa events, bridal parties, resort programming, and special wellness activations as needed.

  • Help foster a calm, welcoming, and guest-focused atmosphere aligned with Sonesta's People People philosophy.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

What great looks like
  • Previous manicurist, nail technician, spa, salon, wellness, beauty, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

  • Valid state nail technician or cosmetology license required where applicable.

  • Strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and beauty industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a polished and professional presence.

  • Ability to create relaxing, personalized, and elevated guest experiences.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.

  • Knowledge of spa products, wellness services, retail sales, and hospitality service standards preferred.
