Busy spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.
Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
  • Membership Conversion -you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program.
