Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is looking for outgoing, professional and goal-oriented Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team!
This is not a summer seasonal position, we are looking for someone for the long term
RESPONSIBILITIES
Spa Sales Associates responsibilities include:
  • Greet clients upon arrival
  • Check clients in/out for services while providing excellent customer service
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Educate/Promote the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program
  • Customize services for clients to match their needs
  • Sell gift cards and spa packages
  • Promote member retention
  • Meet personal and spa sales goals
  • Effectively communicating client concerns with management

QUALIFICATIONS
Spa Sales Associate candidates will possess the following:
  • Previous membership sales and customer service experience preferred
