What You’ll Do 

  • The Spa Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel spa and fitness environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through effective leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards.  

  • This role involves managing staff, overseeing spa services and fitness, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. 

  • Lead and develop the spa team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and ongoing training while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture 

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience by ensuring service excellence, treatment consistency, guest satisfaction, and effective service recovery.  

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure seamless execution, facility presentation, treatment room readiness, safety, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.  

  • Manage staffing and labor by creating schedules aligned with business demand, optimizing productivity, overseeing payroll and maintaining labor efficiency. 

Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of experience in Spa/Wellness Leadership with luxury-oriented resort spa, destination spa or private membership spa.   

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, and wellness trends. 

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards for spa operations. 

  • Proficiency in spa management software- preferably B4T, Microsoft Office, and other related systems.
