Spa Receptionist, Kohler Waters Spa
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Green Bay, WI
This is a Casual year-round position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST.

The Spa Receptionist is anintegral part of the Spa team whose main objective is to ensure our guests havea smooth and welcoming arrival, departure and overall relaxing experience whilevisiting our spa. This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requeststo create special moments and memorable experiences through passionate,attentive service. Ideal candidates are driven individuals who believe inproviding outstanding guest experiences and coming to work energized and readyto carry that spirit throughout the day. With the rest of the guest serviceteam, they work hard to encourage, challenge, and support one another to betheir best. This position requires an extremely polished appearance,professional etiquette and a warm and friendly personality.
As a Spa Receptionist youwill:
  • Consistently provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxury level.
  • Proficiently use ResortSuite software systems to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments.
  • Ensure accuracy of all reservations with a knowledge of spa treatments, spa policies, spa amenities and overall hotel options and ability to communicate with our guest.
  • Support all spa retail sales and communicate with technicians to allow our guests to experience our premium products and enhance their treatments.
  • Provide a seamless and accurate check out paying special attention to attaching commissions, applying discounts and package billing.
  • Receive guest feedback/complaints and, with supervision, resolve any guest/staff issues as they arise.
  • Enforce spa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior, etc.) with supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere.
  • Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa guest amenities, facility and equipment.

Skills/Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old or older at time of application.
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED credential at time of application.
  • Prior hospitality service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems
  • Ability to stand for 5+ hours
