The ideal candidate is a natural leader who empowers their team, upholds high standards, and creates an atmosphere where both guests and employees feel valued, supported, and cared for.

Position Summary
The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient business performance, and a positive work environment. This role combines leadership, team development, scheduling, sales, and operational management to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Lead, motivate, and support a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk team
  •  Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.

  •  Monitor appointment scheduling, client retention, and overall guest satisfaction
  •  Manage inventory, retail products, and supply ordering & adhering to budget restrictions

Qualifications
