Role of the spa manager:
The mission of the spa manager is to lead a team of passionate and dedicated employees in fulfilling the 
company's mission relaxed and balanced atmosphere that gives our customers impeccable customer service and healing treatments from the moment they call us to the moment  they leave the spa. 
Position Summary
The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient business performance, and a positive work environment. This role combines leadership, team development, scheduling, sales, and operational management to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Lead, motivate, and support a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk team
  •  Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns. 
  •  Employee files / Documentation
  •  Monitor appointment scheduling, client retention, and overall guest satisfaction
  •  Manage inventory, retail products, and supply ordering & adhering to budget restrictions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals 
  •  Execute promotions, memberships, and seasonal offerings 
  • New employee recruitmant & training

Qualifications
  • Previous management experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred.
