We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and help create an outstanding experience for every guest.
Role of the spa manager

The Spa Manager leads and inspires a passionate, dedicated team committed to creating an exceptional spa experience for every guest. This role is responsible for bringing the company’s mission to life by providing luxurious, healing-focused spa services in a welcoming, relaxed, and balanced environment.
From the moment a guest first contacts us to the moment they leave the spa, the Spa Manager ensures every interaction reflects our commitment to impeccable customer service, exceptional treatments, and genuine care. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who empowers their team, upholds high standards, and creates an atmosphere where both guests and employees feel valued, supported, and cared for.

Position Summary
The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient business performance, and a positive work environment. This role combines leadership, team development, scheduling, sales, and operational management to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Lead, motivate, and support a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk team
  •  Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns. 
  •  Employee files / Documentation
  •  Monitor appointment scheduling, client retention, and overall guest satisfaction
  •  Manage inventory, retail products, and supply ordering & adhering to budget restrictions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals 
  •  Execute promotions, memberships, and seasonal offerings 
  • New employee recruitmant & training

Qualifications
