Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, hydrafacials, dermaplaning, waxing, and body treatments
  • Maintain sanitary tools and work areas to provide a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
  • Ability to upsell by upgrading services or adding retail products for purchase.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid esthetician license in the state of practice.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in the esthetic field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with product demos and the ability to recommend appropriate products based on client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
