The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and passionate about wellness and creating memorable guest experiences.
What you'll do
  • Welcome and assist spa guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentive service
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments while coordinating closely with therapists and the spa team
  • Guide guests in selecting treatments, services, and retail products based on their needs and preferences
  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, payments, and client records accurately and efficiently
  • Support daily spa operations by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked guest and treatment areas
  • Maintain strong knowledge of spa services, products, promotions, and amenities
  • Uphold Hotel Bardo and Saltgrass Spa standards while helping create a calm, elevated, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using scheduling, point-of-sale, and other computer systems
