As a Spa Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional service and cleanliness within our spa facilities. You’ll greet and escort guests into the locker area, maintain cleanliness in the locker rooms, showers, treatment rooms, lounges, and pool areas, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked. Your role is vital in creating a relaxing, organized, and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the spa experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, lounges, wet treatment rooms, and the pool area.

Guest Services: Warmly greet and escort guests to locker areas, offering assistance with lockers and amenities to enhance their spa experience.

Facility Assistance: Provide guests with clear instructions on how to use spa facilities, such as the sauna, hot tub, and pool, ensuring comfort and safety.

Restocking & Inventory Management: Regularly stock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments, ensuring all guest needs are met.

Treatment Support: Assist therapists during treatments by preparing rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized environment.

Laundry Management: Handle soiled linens efficiently, replacing them with clean towels and robes according to spa standards.

Spa Setup: Arrange relaxation rooms and other spa areas with necessary amenities, such as ice packs, fresh towels, and beverages.

Safety Adherence: Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
