Job Overview: As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Cascada Spa and Hotel, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services and body treatments, ensuring an outstanding wellness experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized treatments to address guest needs.
  • Assess guest preferences and health conditions to provide tailored therapeutic services.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of treatment rooms, including sanitizing equipment and supplies after each guest.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring each guest feels comfortable, relaxed, and well-cared for during their experience.
  • Offer expert advice on wellness practices and assist guests in understanding the benefits of massage therapy and other spa treatments.
  • Collaborate with spa receptionists and other staff to manage guest schedules and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of guest treatments, preferences, and health conditions in compliance with privacy policies.
  • Uphold spa policies and procedures, particularly those related to health, safety, and sustainability practices.

Requirements:
