MEN'S BATHHOUSE ATTENDANT
LOCATION: CARSON, WA
Starting Wage: $19/HR

At Carson Hot Springs Resort, we pride ourselves in the ability to offer a doorway into the beauty of nature and simplicity as well as nature's sulfur-rich healing mineral waters.

Previous resort and/or spa experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness.

You'll be responsible for explaining bath and spa procedures and answering guests' questions, actively upselling spa treatments, sessions, and services, and assisting in all areas of the spa operations. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed. You will demonstrate and promote 100% dedication to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees through excellent guest service and outperforming cleanliness standards. Responsibilities:


  • Greet bathhouse guests and direct them to changing rooms and tubs.

  • Explain the soak/bath & wrap process and answer any questions.

  • Monitor guests for their soak time limit and their health.

  • Clean tubs in between guests.

  • Wrap guests in linens for the wrap part of their treatment.

  • Set up bathhouse area for opening and clean the bathhouse at closing.

  • Get massage guests to their appointments from the bathhouse.


Qualifications:


  • Our bathhouse is clothing optional - you must be comfortable with this

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, push up to 50 pounds

  • Bend, twist, kneel, reach overhead

  • Available to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays

  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
