Job Summary

Ensures the flawless information about each treatment, delivery of exceptional service in scheduling of massage appointments, information about the retail products and sales of retail products.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  1. Greets and welcomes guests.
  2. Checks guests into the Spa using Spotlight skills and gives personalized service.
  3. Handles multiple phone lines at once while assisting guests in the Spa.
  4. Deals with High End guests (Seven Star, Diamond, VIP hotel guests).
  5. Coordinates appointments directly with Hosts, Summit Suites, and other hotel coordinators.
  6. Uses Micros System for all transactions / handles cash (over $1000.00).
  7. Uses Spa Soft software to schedule treatments.
  8. Has professional product knowledge about all retail products and can assist guests with questions.
  9. Can accurately describe different types of services offered at the Spa (more than 45 treatments).
  10. Can accurately book appointments with the correct therapist at the correct times.
  11. Very detail oriented, can relay information to therapists if guest has certain requests or needs in a timely manner.
  12. Prints out the daily schedule for all therapists.
  13. Informs the therapists of any change in treatments or schedule.
  14. Assists with the sale of all retail transactions.
  15. Assembles reports of the days appointment log.
  16. Assists guest with Casino layout and directions.
  17. Contacts security if an emergency situation arises.
  18. Restocks and inventories the retail products.
  19. Accommodates group reservations
  20. Can accurately review Spa policies and procedures with guests.
  21. Has the knowledge of all hotel methods of payment (Total Rewards, Manager Comps, Hotel comps, room charges, credit card charges and more).
  22. Checks out guests and gets the correct form of payments / allotting gratuities to the correct Therapists and Attendants.
  23. Neatly prepares daily revenue and daily transaction history for Audit and Department Manager.
What You Will Need
  • Literate and fluent in English
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Has good writing skills / Can neatly write vouchers
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Demonstrated excellent interactive skills
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and must be detail oriented
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous spa experience preferred
  • Additional requirements
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)
  • Must be capable of reaching above and below the shoulder
  • Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property including stairs and escalators
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
  • Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
