Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) - Youngstown, Ohio
Southwoods Health, a community-based physician owned health system in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking board certified/board eligible Outpatient Primary Care Physicians to join our growing team. The selected candidate will become a member of Triad Physician Services, Southwoods Health's employed medical group, which employs in excess of 200 licensed providers across multiple specialties within the region.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain
• Federal DEA certification
• New graduates welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Practice model flexibility to support inpatient - outpatient practice models or exclusively outpatient practice models, with medical group hospitalists eligible to support practice inpatients within local acute care hospital settings
