Job description

Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is seeking an experienced IT Manager to support and manage technology systems across our growing hotel portfolio. This position is ideal for a hospitality IT professional with experience in hotel technology installations, property support, and multi-property environments.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Manager with experience in hotel IT - from the ground up installations with POS, PMS, Phone systems, etc. Work will be done in Alaska region (Anchorage and Fairbanks) and also the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, and Idaho). Position to be based in Spokane, WA or Tri-Cities, WA. Travel to all hotels in portfolio for IT Support and Installation.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining hotel technology systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, phone systems, network infrastructure, and various hardware and software platforms. You will lead technology installations for new and existing hotel properties, provide technical support and user training to hotel teams, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, and maintain inventories of IT equipment and software licenses. The IT Manager will also coordinate with vendors, review maintenance agreements, and travel regularly to support hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Experience supporting hotel PMS, POS, phone systems, and network environments is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently are required.
