At Southern Highlands, we take pride in providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the individuals and families we serve. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to help us maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout our facilities.

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in creating a comfortable and healthy space for staff and clients. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting floors, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces

  • Emptying trash and recycling receptacles

  • Dusting and washing windows

  • Restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies

  • Following safety guidelines and our Environmental Control Plan

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
