Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for hardworking and service-minded individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. In this entry-level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This is a hands-on position that offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long-term career growth in the property damage restoration industry.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
  • Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
  • Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
  • Document work performed using company technology and software
  • Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces
  • Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
