Base with uncapped monthly bonus. Salary is based on the numbers of days and hours worked per week.

Malpractice Coverage.

4 wks PTO; 1 wk CME w/$3,000 stipend; 6 paid Holidays on top of PTO.

PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.

  • No Obstetrics
  • 18 – 22 patients per day (pending complexity)

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
  • Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia Medical License required.
  • Valid DEA required.
  • Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.
  • Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
