Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities through diagnostic tests that evaluate muscle strength, range of motion, and joint function.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual goals and clinical needs.
  • Direct and supervise the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to the prescribed plan of care.
  • Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as traction and massage while educating patients on their role in recovery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, while adhering to compliance standards.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on clinical observations and patient feedback.
