Location: Must reside in, or be actively relocating to, the Cary, NC area.

This is a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person appointments at customers' homes throughout the Cary market.

Renu Energy Solutions does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required
  • Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
  • Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
  • Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
  • Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
  • Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
  • CRM experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation
