Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Quality Engineer to join our team! As a Field Quality Engineer on the team, you will be working closely as the primary liaison for customers on quality concerns, Defective Product Evaluation, Sorting Activity, Improvement Progress Reporting and Customer Relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, is comfortable working independently or within a team, and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities 

 1. Quality Issue Resolution: Act as the primary liaison for customers on quality concerns, conducting on-site evaluations, providing detailed reports, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
 2. Defective Product Evaluation: Inspect and assess defective products with precision, identifying issues and recommending actionable improvements to uphold quality standards.
 3. Sorting Activity Management: Lead and coordinate sorting operations to ensure defective products are quickly classified and addressed, minimizing disruptions and enhancing client satisfaction.
 4. Improvement Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on quality improvement progress using standardized formats (e.g., service reports, technical reports) to ensure transparency and timeliness.
 5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by responding to their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
 6. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless coordination on quality and operational matters.
 7. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to company policies and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time.
 8. Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating your initiative and flexibility.
Qualifications
 1. Bachelor and above with a Major in Mechanical Engineering - Industrial Engineering. 
 2. Proven experience in field engineering, quality assurance, or customer-facing technical roles (experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus).
 3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
 6. Proficiency in writing standardized technical reports and documentation.
 7. A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
 8. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
9. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
10. US Citizenship required.
