The Front Desk staff at Sooner Bowling Center is the first impression to our guests!
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests
  • Explaining our bowling offers
  • Running a computer cash drawer
  • Turning lanes off and on
  • Watching for opportunities to extend guest time or help them with bowling service
  • Communicating with mechanics, managers and fellow team members 
  • Taking, handling and managing reservations via phone, computer and online bookings
  • Running bowling leagues
  • Ensuring that events get communicated to bowling and grill staff
