Role Overview

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Los Angeles, CA to build and ship immersive new ways of diving into the catalog of games by harnessing personalization capabilities across consoles, mobile app, and web properties.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related or equivalent, and four (4) years of experience: analyzing market and industry trends to guide product development while working in Agile and Scrum environments; establishing requirements for viable products based on identified business goals and prioritizations; identifying technical dependencies and establishing development timelines; performing product performance analysis to measure outcomes against forecasted expectations; analyzing product outcomes and identifying additional feature requirements to improve product outcomes via post-production updates; managing the product portfolio and analyzing and developing insights from collected data utilizing Atlassian JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Tableau, and Figma; educating cross-functional stakeholders through UAT sessions, trainings, and briefings; authoring PRDs and technical briefs for engineering implementation; leading cross-functional workshops to define product vision and resolve implementation ambiguity; operationalizing experimentation and analytics frameworks using BI platforms; defining and managing A/B testing strategies for product optimization; and designing automation features to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$159,070.00 - $232,200.00/year
