Today, we work in more than 70 countries, supporting a diverse roster of international superstars, developing and independent artists, and visionary creators. From our position at the intersection of music, entertainment, and technology, we bring imagination and expertise to the newest products and platforms, embrace new business models, employ breakthrough tools, and provide powerful insights that help our artists push creative boundaries and reach new audiences. In everything we do, we're committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.
Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.
We are looking for a Digital & Commercial Coordinator to support our International Marketing team.
What you'll do:
  • Support wider e-commerce and fan strategy: building and sending localized emails, creating and localizing D2C and UGC assets as needed and supporting fan acquisition and engagement campaigns
  • Create and maintain standardized overviews across commercial and digital campaigns, including maintaining creator dashboards, compiling local digital content trends, and tracking Spotify support plans and physical pre-orders.
  • Actively contribute to team brainstorming across digital and commercial initiatives, bringing insights from competitive case studies in music and adjacent industries
  • Maintain and update core D2C documentation, including product links, local availability, store coverage, and store redirects.
  • Consolidate label release schedules and long-lead calendars while managing shared files across Box and OneDrive.
  • Provide administrative support across teams, including gathering historic sales information, reviewing official chart rules, creating localized LinkFires, and compiling local translations for advertising & email campaigns
  • Handle other coordinator responsibilities as assigned, including expense processing and general finance-related tasks.

Who you are:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative support role; internships or equivalent experience welcome.
  • A genuine music fan who is deeply engaged with and curious about online culture, commentary and fandom
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and shared-drive organization; familiarity with Box/OneDrive.
  • Proficient or familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) & Canva. Plus, if prior experience with email platforms like Salesforce or Klaviyo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Comfortable working with data, reconciling lists, checking for errors, and maintaining clean, consistent tracking documents.
  • Ability to follow up with stakeholders and gather information in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support different workstreams as needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.

What we give you:
  • You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to channel your passion every day
  • A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork empowering you to bring your best
  • An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401K + employer matching
  • Voluntary benefits like company-paid identity theft protection and resources for pets, mental health and meditation resources, industry-leading fertility coverage, fully paid leave for childbirth or bonding, fully paid leave for caregivers, programs for loved ones with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity, subsidized back-up child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition, and student loans
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt, and create what happens next
