We are looking for a highly organized, energetic superstar to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is a trusted professional and will act as an extension of the leadership team in terms of voice, judgment and decision making. You are comfortable managing highly sensitive information and maintain incredibly high standards of confidentiality. 

You will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently. This person thrives at being mindful of details in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, at all levels. This position will play an integral role in the daily flow, success and operations of Landor.

  • Build a partnership with the executives and work together positively and effectively. 
  • Work closely and effectively with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Executives updated. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for not only the executives but Landor as a whole. Being the first point of contact for many clients and stakeholders the ideal candidate will always present themselves as an extension of the executives. 
  • Act as the executives' right hand, anticipating needs for maximum efficiency and impact with all communications, tasks, meetings & projects. 
  • Effectively and respectfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of different formats. 
  • Tackle any and all tasks to ensure the executives can maximize their time to focus on strategic areas relating to the ongoing development of the business. 
  • Adapt to changing demands and responsibilities quickly. A true problem solver, someone who can pivot without missing a step. 
  • Manage full calendar and scheduling commitments. 
  • Organize intricate global travel and anticipate last minute changes. 
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings, logistics and communications. 
  • Act as the host of the studio, caring for guests and team members alike, and maintaining an environment that is conducive to collaboration and a positive, enjoyable culture 

About you 

  • 3-5 years' experience supporting and interacting with C- level Executives. 
  • Previous experience working in a creative environment. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. 
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and absorb new information. 
  • Strong work-ethic, can-do attitude, proactive and forward-thinking. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Highly organized and strategic thinker with an ability to multitask. 
  • A self-starter with high levels of initiative, always looking for the most effective way to achieve success. 
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a passion to 'get things done' yet have fun along the way. 
  • Trustworthy, diplomatic and discrete (you will regularly be party to confidential information). 
  • Flourishes in a creative, fast-paced environment. 
  • Enjoys collaborating and is team-oriented. 
  • Takes pride in their studio environment and is a positive contributor to and facilitator of the office culture  

The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $85,000 to $110,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
