NEWBURYPORT, MASSACHUSETTS (USA). Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a full time AP/CP Board certified or Board eligible Pathologist to join a two-person practice providing full coverage to Anna Jacques, a small community hospital in Newburyport, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate would serve as the Laboratory Medical director at our offsite technical processing facility to provide guidance and oversight of laboratory operations; following all relevant CAP, state and local regulations and policies. Candidates should also have the ability to work independently, have good communication skills, and the ability interact effectively with clinical and laboratory staff.
The position includes approximately 60% Anatomic/Clinical sign out, 20% grossing and 20% administrative responsibilities.


Experienced pathologists and those new in practice are encouraged to apply. Newburyport is a historic coastal town 35 miles northeast of Boston and known for its picturesque waterfront, beautiful 4 seasons and numerous recreational opportunities.
