As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clientsโ€™ needs.

As a Sales Product Solutions Individual Contributor in Healthcare Payments, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.

In this role you will be expected to carry your own quota and will be responsible for prospecting and creating your pipeline and leads. You are responsible for understanding the customerโ€™s pain points and recommending solutions that would best fit their needs. You will work directly with the Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker and supports the Healthcare Payments Product needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clientsโ€™ needs and objectives, specifically within across Patient Management Systems and other Hospital Systems
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clientsโ€™ needs and current industry trends
  • Owns pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Exhibit sales mentality with being goal and quota driven
  • Exhibits attention to organization in fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sources new opportunities while shepherding inbound requests
  • Demonstrates proactive and hardworking nature
  • Exhibits a consultative approach with clients and works to deeply understand current to future state with product implementation experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
  • Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and written
  • Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios
  • Travel required, expected roughly 35%

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience of healthcare technology, with proven successful track record
  • Strong technical skills with understanding multiple system integration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
